1. Definitions

8. Limitations of Liability

9. Account Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mlb77 Support. Upon closure, your remaining balance (minus any pending wagering requirements or bonus forfeitures) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened unless mlb77 approves your request.

9.2 Termination by mlb77

mlb77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination for cause, all bonus funds and pending winnings may be forfeited. Only the original deposited amount (minus any identified fraudulent or abusive transactions) will be returned.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity or transactions for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. mlb77 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 for inactive accounts with positive balances. These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
